This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dental office administrative tasks remotely
- Process dental insurance claims and follow-ups
- Handle billing, payments, and collections
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Manage emails, calls, and other communications
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with the dental team as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a dental office (admin, billing, or insurance roles)
- Strong knowledge of dental billing and insurance processing
- Familiarity with dental management software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft – a plus)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
Nice to Have:
- Previous virtual assistant experience
- HIPAA training/certification
