We’re looking for a proactive and product-minded Growth Engineer to join our team. You will work hand-in-hand with the Growth Product Lead and CTO to build, launch, and iterate on product experiences that fuel our company’s growth. The ideal candidate is a data-driven full-stack developer who excels at rapid experimentation and enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

6+ years of full-stack development experience, preferably in fast-paced startup environments
Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express, and AWS or similar cloud infrastructure
Experience working with analytics and A/B testing frameworks, plus a solid understanding of metrics/KPIs for growth
Strong collaboration skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, Data, Marketing)
Excellent communication skills; able to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Growth mindset with a relentless focus on improvement and experimentation
Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, Docker, and GitHub Actions
Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Storybook) and project management software (Linear, Notion, Slack) is a plus
Ability to operate independently in a remote-first environment, taking ownership of your work and driving it to completion
