Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our sales operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize processes and strategies
- Monitor and track sales performance and provide insights to sales leadership
- Research potential clients and competitors
- Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies and goals
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as contract preparation and client communication
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to inform sales strategies
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM software
- Knowledge of the sports industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
