Occupational and Physical Therapists are Needed for all Bronx and Westchester Locations
Flexible Hours, Easy to chart EMR
Requirements/ Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized therapy plan of care to clients that are referred for Physical therapy/Occupational Therapy
Work with the patients and families to meet patient's goals and needs
Communicate with care team and patients and or family members as needed
Document and bill services that are provided timely and in compliance with regulations
Valid NY - NYS Professional License (OT) (PT) from an Accredited College/University
Home Healthcare experience a plus
Valid Drivers License Required
Flexible schedule
On call/1099 Contractor - must have COI - Certificate of Insurance for Professional & General Liability Coverage
Education:
Master's
License/Certification:
CPR Certification 2 Years
Work Location: On the road
