Executive Personal Assistant to President/CEO, Well-Financed AI Tech Start-up, Fairfield Country/Hybrid
A very well-funded and rapidly growing tech start-up is looking for a “right hand” Executive Personal Assistant to support the President/CEO. This is a local remote position, meeting with the CEO in Fairfield County as needed, possibly 2-3 times a week depending on what is going on. The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced environment for a main principal in the tech or finance space. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who describes themselves as enjoying a fast-paced growing environment, are tenacious and a true problem solver that needs very little intervention to get things done.
About the Job:
¨ Support the CEO/President as a “right hand” with all day-to-day matters including managing an ever- changing calendar, personal and professional
¨ Prioritize emails and craft responses on President's behalf
¨ Organize and manage domestic/international travel arrangements with detailed itineraries
¨ Interact with clients and internal stakeholders with grace and diplomacy
¨ Manage and prepare for Board of Directors meetings
¨ Prepare CEO/President for internal, client and investment meetings including research on companies and needed collateral materials
¨ Plan events for internal on-site meetings(monthly) and company events
¨ Expense reporting
¨ Ad hoc projects
¨ Off hour availability via cell, within reason
About You:
¨ A minimum of 7 years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant supporting high level c-suite executives in a start-up type environment (prefer tech) or at a smaller finance firm
¨ Bachelor’s Degree
¨ Very detail oriented with the ability to change gears quickly - a true multi-tasker and problem solver who can anticipate needs
¨ High level of integrity and discretion in handling all confidential information; high emotional and intellectual intelligence
¨ Excellent Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplace skills; Adobe, Docusign
¨ Experience with project management software, Monday.com a PLUS
¨ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; tech savvy with an entrepreneurial spirit
